Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Times

• United States: 5–10 business days

• Canada: 7–12 business days

• International: 10–15 business days (shipping times vary depending on region and customs clearance)

• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $65

• Flat rate of $5.95 for orders under $65

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee modifications after this period.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SnugStride is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order is missing, please check with neighbors and your local carrier. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@snugstride.com and we’ll assist you in opening a claim.
